How can I return/exchange my order?

We hope your purchase meets your expectations, but we also accept returns and exchanges.

Our return period is 30 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure the items are returned in the same condition they were delivered, with tags intact and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items:

Jockstraps cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. We carefully provide size measurements to help you choose the best fit.

Socks can be returned or exchanged only if the label is intact, uncut, and unopened.
